Servicing & Repairs

County Packaging Services Ltd employ their own fully trained engineers to service and repair not only our own brands but many other makes of packaging machinery. We can despatch one of our friendly, helpful engineers to your premises to solve your machinery problem.  We aim to be on site within 24-48 hours of your call.  We hold a very comprehensive stock of spare parts.

If you prefer, you can send your machine to us for repair in our workshop. This would save on the cost of engineer call out, especially if you are one of our more distant customers.

Quotations for our services are based upon expected travelling time and distance from our Derbyshire base.

We will provide you with a clear firm price, including travel and labour costs. There won't be any nasty shocks, we never inflate the cost later by charging extra for mileage or for sitting in traffic jams. We are a service-orientated company who deal directly with machinery manufacturers, enabling us to offer the best prices.  We intend to forge an ongoing solid relationship with our customers and provide a full backup service which includes over 600 individual lines of stock spares.

Finally, we offer service contracts to cover planned maintenance. For your peace of mind, these can be tailored to suit your individual requirements including ad-hoc callouts to cover unexpected breakdowns.
